Special Dal Bati Thali
Three ghee-soaked baati, dal, churma, nag chutney, salad, papad & chaas.

Since Bhilwara Fell In Love With Baati
Two beloved restaurants, side by side on Murli Vilas Road — Kanha Ji Dal Bati for the soul of Rajasthan, and Kanha Ji Dine In for the celebration around it.
Opposite the railway fatak on Murli Vilas Road, the aroma of ghee-soaked baati has been calling Bhilwara home for years. Step into Kanha Ji Dal Bati for the traditional Rajasthani thali our city grew up on — hand-baked baati, slow-cooked dal, sweet churma. Right next door, Kanha Ji Dine In opens its doors for the whole family: sizzling tandoor, silky paneer, wood-fired pizza and garden-fresh Chinese, all under one warm haveli-style roof.

Restaurant One
The dish that put us on Bhilwara's map. Wheat baati baked till golden, cracked open and drowned in pure desi ghee, served with a bowl of slow-simmered panchmel dal, sweet churma, tangy nag chutney, chaas and salad — a full Rajasthani thali the way grandmothers still make it.
Restaurant Two
Right next door — a full pure-veg family restaurant with over a hundred dishes. Rich North Indian curries, live tandoor, wok-tossed Chinese, hand-stretched pizza, sizzling platters and cold coffee shakes for the little ones.

The Experience
Both restaurants are built around one idea — you shouldn't have to leave Bhilwara to feel the warmth of an old Rajasthani haveli. Come hungry, stay long, order a second baati.
